Seeking Skillful, Motivated Instructors

Strategic Training Systems International, LLC is a pro-active company seeking to deliver the highest quality law enforcement training to working professionals. We are therefore seeking motivated and qualified instructors to join our progressive team. Interested applicants will be hired as an independent contractor and will be competitively compensated.

Interested applicants should have previous teaching experience in their field and submit a resume with at least three references. STS recognizes that the delivery of quality instructions relies heavily on each of our instructors. Having subject knowledge and the ability to deliver a dynamic and captivating presentation to the audience is paramount so that each student can walk away with an affirmation of time well spent. Further, it is the goal of STS to have each student increase their investigative effectiveness and gain valuable knowledge otherwise not previously known.

STS carefully hand selects its instructors, and not all instructors who apply are selected. Each instructor undergoes a comprehensive evaluation of both their subject knowledge, and their ability to deliver astounding presentations.

Each instructor may be required to travel depending on the training location. All required travel expenses and per diem will be paid for by STS.
